This is my first time to make muffins! *excited*
1st, melt the butter, then mix the icing sugar into the butter cream.
2nd, stir the mixture while adding 3 eggs into it.*my hand was cramping*
3th, adding the flour and a teaspoon baking powder into the mixture and stir it.
4th, adding milk (vanilla flavour) into the mixture and stir it until the mixture was fully creamy look. (Cocoa powder was added to make chocolate muffin)
last but not least, adding some chocolate chips into the creamy mixture and pour it into the muffin cup until 2/3 full. Put into the oven about 30 minutes.(of course must switch on the oven)
