Seems like TARC Penang will have Advanced Diploma in Mass Communication(Public Relations)next year. But,i did not expect this will happen so soon to me...Actually i planned go to UTAR after graduate my diploma.
I would like to change an environment for myself.A fresh place for me to continue my bachelor degree in PR.A new place, a new study mood for me to refresh.
Where do i go?
